JUKEBOX PAYPHONE

 
 

JUKEBOX Payphone is interactive Installation which utilizes a payphone as a medium to play music from different genres and years, each track is attach to a different phone number, and dialing different or incorrect numbers will make you reach the operator, this was made to immerse the user in the experience. This Piece was made for the Hawthorn Communications Museum and is being Showcased in the Hawthorn Arts Centre till July 31st 2021.

I helped develop the Jukebox Payphone as a Programmer/ Interactive Designer from Playable Streets , I was in Charge in helping to develop the code to send messages from Arduino to the raspberry pi, depending on which number was being pressed, as well to do some of the electronics and mechanisms inside the phone.
